Here's the problem, I've fallen in love with the rome 2008 Crail, but it is a men's board, after I had realized this I decided to look through more women's boards, but I can't find a single women's board I'm interested in. Would it be odd if a girl rode a men's board?

  1. It wouldn't be odd at all don't worry about that. The only difference between a mens and womens board is the the womens bord is designed differently to complement our lower centre of gravity. So definitely not too worry.

  2. nope not at all, im male and i ride a guys board, i prefer them.

just make sure you fall in love wthe the feel of it and not the graphics ah :)

  3. I am a guy who has been riding for 8 years.  I have a size 12 foot. I'm 6'0, and weigh 190.  In other words, my board selection is very limited.  If they made a wide womens park board with ics channels, in a 159 or 160, and a #4 flex  with hello kitty graphics, I would buy it today. That being said, No, it's not odd at all. Go with what works.

  4. I don't know why it would be weird. You like what ya like. Maybe other ladies out there would start buying them too. You just might start a new trend!

  5. It's not odd.  My friend wanted last season's k2 WWW.  She didn't care that it was a men's board, let alone one of the most popular and easily recognizable ones.

Doesn't really matter as long as it suits you.  I've seen a guy ride a k2 Skyla.
