Wow it depends. If your friends are jerks than not really. But if they are great friends it would be a little out of the ordinary. But not much. Not by much. Anyways money buys you lots of awesome friends. And stuff. Like food.

No, I'm the same way. Then again I enjoy my own company, not afraid of going places by myself and have no problems striking up conversations with anybody.

Not really. There are times I think if I had enough money I could do without friends. Granted, I'm sure there are people with plenty of money who think they wouldn't mind being poor if they had friends. I also think there are people who genuinely would rather have money than friends every time, and vice versa.

Sometimes it's easier said than done. I would put you to the challenge that if you spent a year with money and solitude and the next year with friends yet no money, the second year would've made you happier! Although some people like solitude, humans are social beings meaning we must interact with others in order to fulfill our happiness, it's just the way we all are, it's a scientific fact!
