  1. Yes it's wierd and sick!! It's the same as imbreeding! That's gross! Why would you want to have your brother's baby? The kid will be messed up and it will be your fault. EWWWWW.

  2. You can not use your brothers sperm and your egg.  It increases the risk of your child having all kinds of troubles and is illegal.

  3. Not sure if it's weird or not...and I have never been in this situation...one good thing that comes out of your brother being the donor (given you are not using your egg) is that you'll know his medical history. Good luck.

  4. Well, if you are saying that your brother wants to help you have a baby, as in you are going to use your brother's sperm to fertilize your egg...dont do it!!!  Siblings having children together (even if they didnt have actual s*x to conceive) is bad news.  Because you and your brothers DNA is so similar, that can cause deformities in your baby.  You need to find someone else.  It is awesome that your brother wants to help you out, but really, that would not be a good situation.

  5. I think it's fine as long as YOU are not the one being inseminated, since then it would be like siblings reproducing/inbreeding.

Also, you might want to get a lawyer involved, since he would be the father and would have parental rights. You need to legally set up the boundaries of his involvement so that future lawsuits can be avoided.

The insemination can be performed through a fertility clinic since the sperm may need to be processed first and he should get checked for infectious diseases as not to pass anything to the person being inseminated.

There's a lot of legal, moral and ethical considerations.
