I'll be 25 in about 4 months, and I find it strange that people still call me things like "innocent" and "sweet". I don't think I'm childish at all, just different than others my age. Is there anyone else who is still called innocent at this age?

  1. Concur with Evil lady.

(It's better than being referred to as "jaded" and "hard.")

  2. I don't think it is strange.  People still call me sweet and/or innocent from time to time.  i personally like it. Makes me feel good.  There are alot worse things that someone could call you.  I think it is also a way of saying your a good kid instead of one out drinking and drugging and such.  Don't worry about.  Take it as a compliment!

  3. It's not weird and it's not a bad thing. Some of the nicest, kindest, women I know are still called sweet and innocent in their 50's. Stay that way. It's a good thing. Don't worry until they start calling you naive. Naive can be a bit dangerous..........

  4. ditto, to evil lady answer..

  5. I'm a few years older than you.  I'm called a variety of names too.  I'm "nice" and "quiet" and "friendly."  However, people also believe I am sheltered.  Maybe I have been. I have enough sense to keep out of trouble.  Another thing I like about the whole "innocent" label is that while people might try to shock you, for the most part, they'll leave you alone and out of their graphic one-night stand from this past weekend.
