Why would it be weird? It's homemade, it's gonna taste way better than school lunch, and everybody else is gonna want some. There's usually someone who's gonna want to taste some, the one with the peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

Why in the world would that be weird? I used to take my lunch all the time because our cafeteria had toxic waste on the menu served by trolls.

When I was in school, i used to bring rice and fried chicken sometimes.. and ask the canteen lady if i could heat it up a bit.. I've brought spaghetti too.. Its yummy..

I don't think so. Leftovers are pretty common for lunch the next day, and why waste perfectly good food. Just depends if you have somewhere to heat it up, or if you mind it room temperature. When I was a kid, I would bring Chef Boyardee in a thermos, and we would get it super hot before I left in the morning, and it would be warm around lunch time, and I liked it. LOL

I used to eat leftovers for lunch at school all the time and if someone makes a rude comment just laugh and say "dude, your just jealous you have a sorry cardboard sandwich for lunch!" Think of something funny and all the rest of your friends will laugh too! enjoy your spaghetti, just dont be too messy about it!

My teen says nope, it isn't weird. She's done it several times. She has also taken pizza (she hates the school's pizza), fried chicken, and beef stew....just to name a few food items.

Taking a lunch to school has been done for years. Who says it always has to be sandwiches and fruit? Go for it. You'll probably be surprised at how envious some of the kids will be!
