I bought the IG700 in 1995/6, I used it for a couple months and then it got stored. I'd like to get ahold of the owners manual. Is it on line somewhere here?The red light goes on but it just sits there. How do I know if it still works?As I remember (not one of the things I do best sometimes) it didn't make any noise, vibrate or whtever.Thanks RJB
