Is it worth Immigrating to Canada from India?

I am an Engineer based in India. Presently I find very few engineering opportunities in Canada, Also I found MBA or MS very expensive in Canada. Please advise

I see many indian indivisual being successful in Canada. It all depends on the person. If you think you can be better off staying in India, then maybe thats a better choice. If you want to enjoy the big city life better go to NY or LA in US or Tokyo in Japan.

no, i would not recommend it.  i am canadian and i am having a hard time finding a job.  how do you think you will fair?  the preference is for canadians first.  they won't hire foreigners until they have gone through the canadians first.

people seem to think canada is some promised land.  for some, yes, it can be great, but many immigrants come here and end up driving taxis or serving in restaurants.  canada is a small country and we don't have enough positions for the demand that exists.  go to the usa if you want to "come to america".  their economy is much bigger and can absorb more foreigners.  and yes, doing an mba or ms in canada is expensive.  and it is hard to get in.  i would just stay home if i were you.  if you are an engineer, you must make an okay living.
