Is it worth becoming a vegetarian Please help and if s what hsould i do??

Hi i am thinking of becoming a vegetarian but if so what do i need to do to give me protein etc becasue i think if you don't eat meat you won't ahve a balanced diet??Should i become one i like the taste of meat but i like animals what should i do so please help?? also wat should i tell my mum and dad who both eat meat because i don't think they'd be happy with me becoming a vegetarian??

  1. It's definately worth becoming a vegetarian, or even better a vegan, but let's take things one step at a time. Becoming vegetarian is probably one of the best things you can do, nutritionally. As much as people say meat is needed in a balanced diet, its not. There are many alternatives, such as tofu. Also beans, nuts and pulses are a good source of protein.   2. well if the meat is kosher that means that the animal wasn't hurt that much. And there's always the option of tofu. There can be many flavors put into tofu. So you can still get the taste of meat but not hurt animals or eat real meat.
