The big stores in the UK that use mystery shoppers get them from security companies like Security Express and Securicor.

My mate does this she doesn't earn very much money at all and there isn't always many shops to go and visit either you will need to weigh out the cost of petrol and stamps to send off your receipts to what money you might get. She gets £5 a shop.

Also watch out for those scams like the others said.
