Is it worth buying Mario kart Wii?

I've been looking for a good game for the Wii for a long time, I've read people say Mario Kart Wii is a good game, and that it has a good online, but I'm not really sure about it. What do you think about this game? Is it worth buying?

it is definatly worth buying

there are 32 diferant tracks and over 30 charecters to unlock also over 30 karts and bikes to unlock
