Is it worth buying the Dahon Boardwalk S1?

At around $200, Dahon's Boardwalk single speed  is a compelling entry into folding bicycles.  Whether it is worth it for you depends on a number of factors.  If you plan on riding long distances, or are over 5'10" tall, I would recommend looking at the Speed or Vitesse models by Dahon.

But for casual riding on relatively flat routes, the Boardwalk is tons of fun!
