Is it worth filtering oil from a commercial fryer vs. buying new oil each time?

I own a pizzerria and I have a 40 lb fryer, is it worth filtering the used oild and reusing it , or does it not work well. should i buy new oil each time it needs to be changed or is filtering it worth it?
