    due to the increase in stock market real estate markety is also over heated


  2. Very much so! You have tax deduction and also the rates have reduced and its a great investment, the best you can find in this year's budget.

  3. NO.The market is overheated.I belioeve you should wait till atleast the rains to see if there ois any correction in the prices and then go ahead and invest.
