    It's been my experience that a player like that WILL bring the team down. Not maybe, but WILL...

    And as he/she is bringing the team down, he/she is also chipping away at any self esteem other players might be developing.

    You gotta ask yourself, what is more important, taking a chance to win a couple games or helping kids grow up to be good people.

  5. no. it brings the team equation out of play. not a physical, or mental force . just a verbal deficit . best solution keep balol or player out of team equation . no player is better than the team . very dissrespectful, non contributor . great players , play with thier lips sewn shut . those who cant rant . in my sixties , enjoy watching these non teammates shut-down . they will always fail .
