Is it worth it to install dynamat?

i know it's not the hardest thing to install dynamat in a car, but is it worth it to do it myself , if so how do i do it ? or should i just pay a place to do it how much would they charge?

YES! way worth it. its expensive and lots of time and labor go into it, but definitely worth it. and when you buy it, it will come in sheets or on a roll, then you just cut pieces to the right size and dynamat away!!! its common sense on how to do it. just make sure you cover all the holes and stuff.

if u have alot of rattlin you can hear outside of ur trunk and u dont want to much rattlin them put it in

The paint on stuff is rather messy and smelly. Dynomat is much easier to install. Get the Dynomat and the roller. But yes it is very worth it to sound deaden your vehile. The audio will sound much better after you have done this.

No. To be honest rubberized asphalt undercoating works great and very cheap. I have used both and noticed some difference. Just buy the paint can and not the spray. you can get in every gap/crack etc. In the process of doing this you are also rust-proofing the interior. you should  put on 2 coats for best performance, wheel well and fire wall for sure!
