Likeif I plan to start Muay Thai kick boxing than should I do the whole Iron Kung-Fu with bone hardening drills or should I focus on the bag. As it is just hitting the bag can cause some tendon soreness. Also where vcan I learn good Iron Kung-Fu and makiwari drills . ALso are Mook Jong dummies really that good? I mean if I am not a trained figther who knwos how to do trapping? Cause I am not. Also how viable is the method of get so big and strong that no one really wnats to fight you in the first place so you can be peacefull? I think thats my favorite as I don't have to fight and can look good for my girl.
