Is it worth it to you?(Horse owners only)?

Question

Is grooming your horse, mucking the stalls, paying alot of money, and all the other stuff that horses need to survive, to you is it worth owning your own horse, cause It is so worth it to me I have 6 horses and keeping them up and spending money is so worth owning them....how bout you, how many do you own and pictures if you have any i would love to see your horses=] heres some of mine http://s292.photobucket.com/albums/mm16/Barrelraccr/

I would not have horse if I did not get enjoyment from them no matter what it costs or how much work is involved.

no insult intended here, just asking, how old are you? I love your buckskin and dun very nice but do you support your horses from winnings???? does your family have a farm?? just wondering if you have a lot of family support?

500% Worth it to me. LOL. Not only do you have a new best friend but its like a new world. When I ride I feel like I am flying and in a whole new world. I forget about everything!

yes, it is totally worth it and you are very lucky to have the family set up so that you can spend all that time with your horses.

Money for them is never an issue, as with all my critters, they all get what they need before I do and I wouldn't have it any other way.

How in the world do you have time to ride all of your horses.  I only have one and have a hard time finding time to ride her.  Yes it's worth the money to me but one is a whole lot cheaper than 6

It is so worth it to me I have always wanted a horse and two years ago it came true. I now have 5, two mini shetlands, two brumbies(Wild Australian horses.) and one Australian racing stock horse. I love spending time with my horses you know grooming riding the whole lot. I keep them up at my farm (78 acres) and I love watching them run as well. I have become really good friends with my horses and cant imagine life withought them now. It is so definatly worth it for me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Their names are:

Sometimes I seriously question whether it's worth it or not!  On a good day (like today) everything is wonderful, and I know exactly why I do it, day in, day out - but there are bad days too, and a year ago when my favourite of the lot was hanging between life and death, I would've given it all up if I didn't have him.  It's certainly not all rose petals and sunbeams!

O it is so worth it!!! i have to work really hard in order to pay for my horse but it really is worth it!  I love him to death and couldnt imagine living without him!!!

Eep. Sorry, I dont own any but Id definately think its worth it. id muck out a stall any day for a horse, especially if I had one of my own.
