no unfortunenately. any htib from sony is going to be a lesser quality. 10% thd is horrible. that wattage is max non sustained power. so your actual rms will be more around 60-80 watts. this system will not sound clear or deliver the performance you might expect.

For 1000$ you could get a better quality 7.1 receiver with HDMI instead of just 6.2.

I find Sony receivers to be very overpriced. Check out receivers by Onkyo and Yamaha, better quality and cheaper price too.
