Is it worth painting my apartment

Question

I have been living in my apartment for over a year. I have been thinking about painting it for awhile now but I keep telling myself i'm not gonna be here long. I am looking for a house but housing prices where I am are ridiculous. My rent is $675.00/Month and the lowest monthly mortgage payment I can get right now is $1200.00/Month. When my lease is up in april of 2009 I doubt I will renew my lease for another year. What do you think??? to paint or not to paint???

You paint your apartment.  But be sure to paint it with light colors only so as to keep you on the go and in good mood.

It depends on your rental agreement. You could loose your deposit, Check w/ landlord. Paint ! It's the cheepest form of decorating. You'll probably be glad you did if your landlord don't care

sometimes you just have to get it out of your system, but instead of painting a whole wall or room, I would suggest doing a few small stenciling projects, then when moving time comes around those few spots won't be hard to paint back to white, just be sure not to use really dark colors in your stenciling, otherwise it will take two different types of paint to get it back to white (a stain blocker then the main white)

YES! Paint makes everything feel clean and fresh and new. Paint is inexpensive and fun. It's the easiest way to make a place look great.

well if you have the time and money

i say go for it.... i cant stand haveing plan walls.. and sometimes colors can help with stress and help lift your spirits and just make you feel better itss truee. :)

it's up to u but if the housing prices are ridiculous i'd renew my lease save up the mony to pay half or more,and go ahead and paint it
