ok so i figured out i have to change "data" plans if i switch from a Sidekick Slide to a Blackberry Curve.

Right now I'm paying a little less than $75.

That includes 1000 min., free nights/weekends, unlimited text/internet

I would have to pay about $90 for the Blackberry Curve in order to get the unlimited text and internet.

ONE QUESTION: Is it worth it to pay $15 more for the Curve????

  1. Well, luckily since you're with t-mobile, you could find and buy an unlocked Blackberry Curve and put in your t-mobile sim card in it and it would work :D You wouldn't have to change one thing about your current data plan.

  2. I would much rather have a sidekick personally.... Why switch?

  3. I had a sidekick once too, and let me just say that Blackberry is in a category of it's own.  Sidekick doesn't even compare to it.  I am totally satisfied with the swap and loving everything the phone offers.  It is definitely worth the extra 15 bucks, just depending on how you use it.  The actual swap from Sidekick to Blackberry is the best choice, but you could always change the plan.  Say unlimited text/internet with less minutes?  I don't talk much on mine so I don't pay that much, I only pay 80. I use my Blackberry as more of a PDA than anything else.  But yeah... great investment, totally worth it!

  4. no not really the sidekick can can the same as the curve but the data plan is cheaper. Trust me you should switch your plan its simply not worth it unless u wanna get a new phone
