In my opinion, this one is worth it.  Its a chance to see Manny Pacquiao in his first fight at lightweight and go for a world title in a fourth weight class (even though Joel Casamayor is the true lightweight champion).  Plus, both Pacquiao and David Diaz are straight forward bangers who don't like to take a backward step, so you already know that its going to be an entertaining fight.  And the undercard is good as well, so in my eyes its worth it, but the choice is ultimately up to you.
