  3. Most jobs being outsourced are routine programming and customer support operations. Good engineers are still in great demand and there is no decline in sight. If you are still in school, it is likely the economy will be better by the time you finish. Remember, the economy goes in cycles.  It is actually probably a great time to be in school.
