There is nothing wrong with as long as neither gets aroused. If one or the other gets aroused, they need to decide for themselves whether or not it is acceptable - any maybe get a room.

People are so uptight about boys touching each other.  What's so wrong about giving your friend a foot rub?  If you both like it, I think you should do it.  It's a nice favor to the one who needs his feet rubbed, and another way to spend your time together.

There's such a hangup in todays culture about boys being nice to each other.  If a girl gives another girl a foot rub, nobody thinks they're lesbians.  Why the double standard?

they had this debate near the beginning of "Pulp Fiction".  the correct answer is not necessarily.  some would get off on it, but to others a foot massage is just a foot massage.

No it's not wrong but in out society and culture you set yourself up, sadly, to be judged by others.  We have an abundance of Church Ladies, and many of them are men!

So many people are so obsessed with someone being g*y that they fixate on it.

I spent a few weeks once on an island in the South Pacific where there was no such hang-up and boys and men were not afraid to express their feelings to each other.

In out society and culture you're judged to be g*y depending upon what type underwear you like or how you cross your legs.  We're the losers.

Judge for yourself by the answers you've gotten here and you'll see just how many men are so insecure with their own sexuality instead of being a maverick and doing what they want without regard to what OTHERS think of them.

It can be done without actually being g*y. You need to watch the first twenty minutes of Pulp Fiction when they're talking about Marselles Wallice's wife getting a foot massage. It kinda argues it from both points of view (ie: a sexual thing or completely not).
