Is it wrong for girls to wear so much make up to fool us dudes?

I think it's pretty weak. I prefer girls that are naturally pretty. But since girls all wear make up now you can't even see the real them. It's unfair I think. Girls are too tricky, eh?

I agree with you. Girls who wear too much make don't look as good as a girl who wears only  a little. I am sure some of them need to put on a lot of make to look the way they do. But some don't need a lot and still pack it on anyway. Have you seen those pictures of celebs with out their make up? It's like night and day. Well I guess that's just my opinion. Good luck.

First of all girls mostly wear it cause they don't think their pretty and second of all don't complain cause a lot of us do it for the guys and their boyfriends.

You are the fool if you can't see if a girl is pretty or not. I can look at someone and see them without makeup or at least their natural features (cheekbones, eyes, lips etc). Guys just go gaga over the hot clothes, the makeup and the style. THATS why girls do this. It's for the attention and to impress themselves. It's good for covering blemishes and stuff. It's been going on since medieval times. Too much is stupid... a little or medium amount ... okay. NO trick.

The point of make up is supposed to be to enhance, not cover up natural beauty.  That's why I wear it, and I enjoy applying and wearing makeup.  But yes, too many girls plaster their faces with the stuff and mask their true looks.

Hey, I won't complain about seeing a pretty girl with make-up. Yes, they are tricky lol, I definitely agree. And I think natural beauty looks better. I mean girls aren't going to have make-up 24/7 so you are going to see their natural self eventually. If you can accept their natural beauty, you can accept them with or without make-up.

i think the makeup is just to suppose to enhance your beauty look at how most of the Female celebrities look without thier makeup. These are unedited photoes(maybe the ones with the makeup had to be edited) I think it wouldn't kill ya to put on a little bit of makeup to make you look more refreshed and livley. I would prefer a girl with a little bit of makeup not like those guidoo loving whoeres that OD on the makeup and tanning sessions.(

That doesn't mean that people aren't naturally pretty because they wear make-up!

A lot of women just like wearing it; and also a lot of women are never happy with their appearance.

Wow.. Not ALL women wear make up. And if you look at celebs they are really ugly with out make up. Some women use make up to boost their self esteem. Thats why I wear it. If some guy walked up to me and said "You shouldn't wear make up" I would say "You shouldn't wear that mask in public.. oh wait thats your face."  Its pretty insulting. Not all women wear trampy make up. Just some of them. And you are pretty shallow to "prefer girls that are naturally pretty" you should prefer a girl with a personality. Looks arent everything.  I know idiot girls who are pretty but still wear tons of makeup. They hotter they look the more people over look their stupidity.  I think its unfair for you to judge women as a generalization.

ALL guys say they prefer a natural women. But if there were twins side by side both were identical..1 twin had makeup on and the other didnt. 99% of guys would choose the girl with makeup.

My DH and I always joke that each other was a fraud before we got married. I always did my hair, makeup and shaved. He never farted and was polite. LOL. Who cares, you should like a girl for her personality.

Girls wear make up precisely because of boys like you - who won't take a girl unless she conforms to whatever standard of beauty you have. You will never see the "real them" unless you judge them first based on their personality, without taking their looks into account. Make up is not about fooling boys - it's about already pretty girls thinking they have to paint their face to be accepted by the boys - or even to avoid taunting and simply live a comfortable life.

im basically a natural girl and yeah i find it too hectic wearing all the sets of makeup. i used to wear eyeshadow, liner and mascara with gloss but no it was just tooo much for me. i stuck with just mascara and thats all.

I agree and disagree.

I agree that girls can be deceiving with their makeup. They pile on the concealer, cover up, bronzer, blush, eye shadow, eye liner, lip gloss etc. Which makes them appear fake and unnatural.

I disagree because many girls barely wear any makeup at all, just a sweep of mascara, some bronzer/blush and maybe some neutral eyeliner. This is the look I use and prefer, it is much more natural and better for your skin too.

I honestly wish women would stop caking on the makeup, it is there to highlight your features, not to cover up and re make them.

Yea, Girls are triflin and try to trick guys (i dont like most women)  I am pretty, I don't usually wear any makeup.  I dont need to.  I feel confident about myself, and I think that a girl who always has to wear makeup musts not feel very good about herself.  I have natural beauty, and I can see how guys would not like a girl who has to hide behind makeup all the time.. No. Gender is an art form.

Since society's standards can no longer allow most young women to look attractive by those standards, we've developed ways to compensate.

You set the bar. We're merely reaching it in the best ways that we can. Why are you complaining?

Makeup doesn't help that much because EVERYONE has access to it. Assuming each can improve their appearance by a degree, we're still the same in terms of relative attraction. And men, I might add, are free to wear make up as they please. I mean, so many guys have horrid skin by choice and not doing anything about it could mean laziness to me.
