  1. Duh its wrong. But so is stealing, killing and raping, but people still do those things everyday too. We live in a society where nothing is a suprise. Just try to do things each day that you are not ashamed of and hope that everyone else around you will do the same.

  2. The fact that you mentioned "illegals" is key that it's wrong, right there.

Yes, it's a crime and theft to actual citizens. However, "illegals" play a part in our society that functions better with them than without.  Some people may not like my response, but it does. Stealing of anyone's SSN is wrong...identity theft.

  3. You really need to know if that is wrong?????????

  4. yes it is illeagal

  5. Just being illegal is crime enough, top that off with fraud and possibly theft, yes it is.

But I hope you didn't just stand there and not do anything about that.

  6. yes -but it happens daily in every country.

  7. Of course it is.

And it is your legal and moral duty to all  US citizens -- and legal immigrants who have VALID green cards and VALID SS #'s to report the illegals.

If you do not report  this, you could easily be construed as an accomplice to this federal crime - because you have knowingly witnessed and are aware of the crime.

  8. Yes it is and those doing it should be punished harshly right before they are deported.

  9. Yes, it is wrong and illegal.

  10. yes it is fraud a felony.

  11. Yeah, it is wrong.

They are breaking our country's laws with no government oversight.

You know there are a lot of drugs smuggled over the border between Mexico and the United States, right?

  12. It's not only wrong, it's illegal.  They usually get caught sooner or later.

  13. It can be very harmful for their employer.  Their employer can be penalized by several agencies- penalties from the Social Security department and IRS for mis-reporting Social Security numbers and IRS tax deposits are huge- enough to put smaller employers in financial trouble.  In addition, there can be other negative effects with insurance, health care laws, etc that will affect the employer.  Though it may seem innocent that someone is just "trying to work" they can be putting their employer in some serious jeopardy.

  14. Yes, it is. They should be punished to the full extent of the law and deported out of the country. It's like stealing one's identity.

This is a crime, a felony.

  15. It's a violation of federal law. You could call the feds, or do you just like to complain?

  16. They are the exact reasons all illegals need to be deported, they commit the crime of coming here in the first place and then continue with more criminal acts! It is so very wrong and needs to be reported to ICE and INS in your area, please do us all a favor and report all as soon as possible.
