  1. Guest 3616, you are wrong. Jesus said " Im the way the truth and the light no one comes to the father except through me." He didnt say " praying to saints will get you to heaven" or "no one comes to God except through the pope" did he? Why then to Catholics commit idolatry by praying to regular human beings called "saints"? The Catholic church hid God's word from people for so long that it became corrupt. But once Martin Luther reformed the church into "protestantism" and interpreted the bible into english, people could find out what the bible said and reveal the inconsistencies the Catholic church had with the bible.

  2. Isaiah 40:22 says the earth is round.

  3. Dear guest who said that if we are protestant we arent real Christians, I have trouble with your reasoning. Protestants believe that Christ was and is God incarnate. He came to earth and lived. Suffered under Pontius Pilate and died on the cross. He descended into h**l to save righteous and believing souls who died previous to Christ's death. He rose again on the third day. He appeared to his apostles. All our sins were paid for. He then ascended to heaven and sits at the right hand of God the Father. He will come back to judge the living and the dead. At pentecost, the Holy Spirit was sent to be our counsellor. Now we wait for the rapture and after 7 years, Christ's eternal kingdom on earth. And one oother thing, does the Bible not say the world is round? Why then was the pope so opposed to Galileo when he suggested it? And lastly, ask any Catholic teen and any Protestant teen about the Bible, and the protestant teen will know more about it. It also seems to me that Catholic kids think its okay to swear. In fact, some of them are worse than atheistic kids. And Jesus also said "I am the way and the truth and the life, no one comes to the Father except through me" yet Catholics pray to "saints"regular once living mortals. So Mary was Jesus' mother, it doesnt make her a person that we pray to for our troubles. Now if you can give me an arguement, I'll be happy to debate.
