  1. it's awkward

  2. the only reason I would say its not rude is if she is breast feeding

  3. There is nothing morally wrong or rude about it, especially if she's only an A or a B.  Why is it acceptable to see a topless man but not a topless woman?  I've seen manboobs bigger than some women's.

Edit:  I've never heard a criminal or psych patient explain their behavior by saying, "I saw a pair of knockers when I was 5 and it scarred me for life."  It's primarily an American hang-up; I've been to other countries and seen topless women and the novelty quickly wears off for anyone with an ounce of maturity.

  4. No, provided you are in the correct place.

  5. Umm yes, unless your at a nudest beach.

  6. Yes, I'd find it wrong and rude. There is a thing in public, and it's called KIDS. 5 year olds don't need to see a pair of knockers hanging out in the open in the grocery store or on the street!

  7. Depends on where you are when  you're topless.  There are some laws against it in some places and it is illegal for women to go topless other places it is perfectly acceptable.  Whether other people in society will agree with those laws is another thing and some will take offence to it and others won't.  Breast feeding is about the only form I think is widely accepted (although there is always someone who is not happy about it).  So, yes, some people may see it as rude or offencive and in some places it is wrong for women to go topless in public.  Is it a double standard?  Some would argue yes, considering men can.  I personally wouldn't want to go topless because I'm a private person but it is a pretty hot topic for some people!
