Is it wrong that I refuse s*x?

Okay everyone get a laugh in,I'm a 21 year old male who has a lovely girlfriend,but I refuse s*x.The reason? we only use condoms as a means of safe s*x.we have been doing it for 2 months now this way and it's too d**n risky.I don't want kids/marriage EVER in my life,so I'm getting a vasectomy but that won't be until later in life.She has an appointment for birth control pills a few weeks from now,but I can guarantee you she will be turned down due to the fact she has very high blood pressure.She is older and her friends are starting to have kids,and I fear she is tricking me in to having a kid somehow.Also ironically,she does not believe in the morning after pill for moral reasons i'll never understand.Also,i feel skeptical about her discussing birth control and what not with a male doctor...I really don't like doctors to begin with,let alone a male doing something like a pap.

This sounds like you like to hit it and quit it.  I think you are leading this girl on and you need to stop before she dos end up prego and then ur really screwed! Or worse, she gets all pshyco. The best way to avoid pregnancy is abstinance, but like most men thats not an option. Make it clear as Crystal that you do not plan nor want kids and would hate for someone to trap you and you would resent her forever.

That way she can make up her own mind about you as well. If she's looking for something more outta you, this way she'll clear and move on to someone who wants similar things as her...

Wow, I almost thought that you'd be a girl.  IF she's really desperate to have s*x with you....seriously....that's just a girl who's probably either been with lots of guys and thinks s*x is mandatory in relationships or she just wants to know what it's really like.

Well, you're a guy too. But you also have to realize that if she gets pregnant you're basically screwed (no pun intended).

Just tell her the truth and see how she reacts.

I just don't understand why you don't want to have a family. I mean, I know you find so many things that could ruin your life by having a family. But then, there are also things that would make your life brighter by having a family. Besides, what would you do when you got old, it's too bad not to have a family around.

But we're not to talk about that, right? Just got carried away,sorry.

Anyway,in my opinion, you have to talk this out with her, I mean don't give her empty promises, don't let her hope for nothing. But of course it would surely hurt her or something, especially if she want to have a child with you.

You have to decide.Take your time and consider things.remember, you have only one life, and there are no rewinds, just plays. Don't let your life be wasted. Think wisely..^^

if you are so skeptical about her then you need to breakup with her.  If you can't be honest in the relationship then you are the one with the problem.  And your jealousy of her discussing things with a male dr. is just ridicules.  I feel sorry for your GF.  Your not being very fair to her esp. staying in the relationship if she wants kids and you don't.  You don't have the right to make that choice for her.

I had a vasectomy and I still use condoms sometimes.

You can refuse s*x all you like.  I do it when my girlfriend gets an attitude.

BTW:  I had a vasectomy when I was 21, also.  I have no children.  I am now 42.  It was the best thing I ever did.

omg!!! you are in the exact same situation as me!!!

my girlfriend stopped using BC because she wanted to be "au natural" and wouldn't give me a better reason!!!

I have always told her I want NO children and that even when she was on BC I used a condom AND the withdraw!! well after she went off the BC a couple months ago, I STOPPED having s*x with her... I said it's way too d**n risky and will continue having s*x AFTER I get a test result from the doctor that I am shooting blanks!!! (I'll probably still use a condom til the 2nd or 3rd test result..

btw my vasectomy is on 9/15/08 and I'm only 22!!!  you can totally get a vasectomy soon.. and the best part is my insurance is paying the whole thing! my co-pay is only $100

no, it is not wrong.  You two are not married.  Also, I would really reconsider the vasectomy.  It will be very costly to reverse should you ever change your mind.
