Is it wrong to deprive children of milk because of are politicle social and religrouse veiws?

who are these chilren being deprived?  some are allergic to milk, otherwise it really is the parents choice I guess, as long as the chilren are healthy and getting their vitamins and calcium and everything, what is the difference if they get it from milk or something else?
