Is it wrong to give beer to the homeless?

I have a ton of extra beer I'll never drink left over from various parties. I'd hate to waste it. Would it be wrong to give it to the homeless? I say it's as good as giving them money.

No. They HAVE beer money. Give them food instead.

thats horrible. u might get them addicted, and then theyll get some money and waste it on beer instead of real food. dont do it..

I don't think it is "wrong" but I am sure you could find a better use for it.

Surely there is some group in your area that could sell beers at a fundraiser for a good cause?

lol...they're gonna buy it anyway if they get the chance. I don't see much unethical or immoral about it. I mean, at least you'd be making them happy for a while. That's all any of us are looking for in this life...a bit of happiness. So what if it comes in the form of alcoholic beverages for some people? And chances are, those homeless people won't be driving anywhere...so maybe it's better off with them.

I kinda think it would be wrong because they are homeless and what if they get sick and stuff.. So yeahhh,.

yes, because most of them are addicted to alchohol and that would only help there addiction, which for some is how they even got on those very streets. You dont want to tempt them, you want to help them to get out of that lifestyle
