dedicate also wanna to adopt some other different countries kids also too. because i always wanna to do that after i get married . but my sister and family think iam crazy to do that kind thing to have other race child that isnt my real blood .iam not a little child i am adult so its alright to have a child that isnt youre blood and but raise her or him that needed have a family also to be love too thats from other country.cuz i want to adaopt two or three children from other countries after i have mind own .

As long as you keep them in a stable home and enviorment i dont see a problem.

adopshun rox + i think ur awsum kool to do it. cuz like so meny babys are like rentless and stuff. and them kids in uther places need homes 2. and who cares about real blood cuz peeps get tranzfushuns all the time and they live good after. and ya u shuld have ur own 1st. cuz being preggo u get lots of gifts and peeps really like u and want to tuch u and be ur freind. so ya, adumpt after u have ur own. cuz that is kool.

There is nothing wrong with having biological and adopted children.  You’re not crazy for wanting it. If more people had this mind frame then maybe we could get more of the children that  are in  foster care/ Orphanages into forever homes. Not to mention cut down on overpopulation. There is also nothing wrong with Transraical adoption though you should prepare yourself for certain things.

Nothing wrong with thinking maybe you want to do that.  

But get married and have a couple kids of your own first, see how it goes.  International adoption takes a tremendous commitment, well beyond that of natural parenting.  It also takes a lot of time, and most of the time a lot of money.  It's going to take a serious commitment by both you and your future husband to get to the place where this is something you can do.  You'll have to do some planning ahead.

Just because it seems cool, does not mean it is cool.  Just because "all the stars" (not your words) are doing it...is NOT NOT NOT a reason to adopt.  Your heart may be in the right place, but it doesn't seem like it to me.  Instead of trying to collect children from "some other different countries" why don't you consider fostering children here?  I am NOT saying not to adopt internationally, but maybe really look into your motives for adoption.  There are many children here who need homes and they won't be of "youre blood" .  There are many children in the world who need homes, I am not saying there isn't...but your motives for adopting are probably not in the right place.

I have 2 biological chidlren and 3 we adopted. It is silly to think there is anything wrong with that.

We love them all equally.

I agree with previous poster...there is absolutely no reason to go outside our country. My three kids who were adopted are all from our same city! We adopted 2 month old babies within 2 years of applying.

i think its soo amazing that you want to adopt a child. Don't worry about what  your family may think of you.. just know that you will be providing a home and a loving family to kids who weren't soo lucky,, you will love them as if they where your own. it is not wrong to adopt child of different race as a matter of fact its ok. just look at angelina and bratt pitt they have 4 different race child and they seem to be doing great!!!

I think this is a great idea.  It's not crazy or even that uncommon.  I actually had a Child Psychology teacher in high school who had one biological (caucasian) daughter, one from Japan, and a son from Kenya.  I think it teaches children to value racial diversity and helps redefine how people think of the "average family".  Go for it.

absolutely not wrong at all!  my husband and i have a beautiful baby girl and we want more children.  we want to adopt our other children because we feel love has no boundries.  we can provide a loving and stable environment for children whose biological parents could not, yes we could have more kids together but the joy from adoption is just the same! good luck!

thats a good idea...the simple fact that you would be the family that they would never have without you is a good idea in itself...its a good idea...who cares what they think...if they aren't going to raise it then it shouldn't be up to them....

Wanting to adopt is wonderful, but I do not understand the desire to adopt outside the country.....there are more then enuff kids right here in this country of every size shape and color.  

That said, I could not for the life of me understand what you are getting at.  Normally I am fluent in 'typonese' but this one is difficult even for me.

NO it is not wrong.  I think it's great.  All children deserve to be loved.  I'm sure your children will have your big heart and would greet them with great warmth.  I think that family is the bond that you have, not necessarily blood.  I have a step father who has treated me better than my own father.  Go for it and don't worry about what others say.  Your family will probably fall in love with them too once they get around them.
