Is it wrong to like my mom's side of the family more than my dad's?

I love both sides of my family but my dad's side can be very fake and two-faced as my mother says. Is this wrong?

no, it's not bad b/c everyone has a right to preference.

but it is important, as you are in the middle of both, that you should respect them no matter what and try to ignore the flaws of your father's side, but stay closer to the relatives on your mom's side.

Also if you try to look through their eyes, you might realize that it's easier to love the children of your female relatives since they had to go through the PAIN of childbirth and so are more APPARENTLY blood relatives

as opposed to

loving the children of your male relatives who had to marry out of of the family and didn't have to go through pain to create children...

either way, they both love you, but if you think about it, it kind of makes sense why you might also feel more love from the mom's side and so like them more

Hey, that's totally fine. I like my mums side better than my dads side apart from my dad i love him the same but the rest, well i dont feel so close to them. But dont worry about it, its not a bad thing =]
