It depends on the context, and your relationship with the girlfriend.

If you play one on one strip poker with another woman in private, your girlfriend is probably going to have a problem with that.

If you play strip poker at a small to medium sized party, she is probably not going to have quite so much of a problem.  Of course, then the question is why she wasn't there.  She would probably also be interested in how many girls versus how many guys were playing too.  If it's just you and five girls playing, probably another problem there.

But like I said, it's really down to the personality of your girlfriend.  Some girls get very jealous very easily, and so will be highly unimpressed if they find out.  Some girls are more trusting or open minded to that kind of thing and would have less of a problem.

So there are a lot of variables involved.  It's hard to say.
