Well, it really depends. If its a new season, and you can't find anything you really want to wear in your wardrobe, maybe it's time to spend more than usual. If something is overly expensive, do not buy it, because you can probably find something equal or better than what you have found. Don't go to crazy with money, and it isn't wrong, if you have a good reason to spend more.

If you don't need anything more, it isn't considered wrong, but you shouldn't, and you said you're not so rich, so earn and save money to buy things later. You will regret it if you spend all your money on stuff you don't need. Just take it easy with your cash, and you'll be fine.

Don't buy stuff you don't need.  This is how people get in financial trouble.  Put that money in a savings account instead.  That a smarter idea.
