And if the game warden catches you shooting songbirds, you *will* be fined.  If they're some rarer species, you'll be fined big-time.

When did it become cool to kill things for no reason?   How would you feel if someone shot a pellet gun at you if they found you annoying?  Not cool

you dont have to shoot them...just about any loud noise will do. (a pop gun,etc)Do this everytime they are around and after awhile they will go. Unless you have a neighbor who is feeling them...well then you are sh*t out of luck, my friend.

Yes. It is actually illegal to shoot them. The Migratory Bird Treaty Act protects basically all wild birds. It is unlawful to pursue, hunt, capture, or kill any of the 800+ species protected by the act.

Not only wrong...but illegal.  You can be fined and jailed for this as all native birds are protected by the Migratory Bird Treaty Act.  Just be thankful all you hear in your yard are birds singing rather than noisy neigbors yelling, loud music or gunfire.

No its not but it could be illegal. There is a 500 dollar fine for shooting a song bird in north america! So watch out for your finches wood peckers cardinals ect. If its a grow fill it with lead. I always shoot things like robins and crows out of my backyard. As for taking care of the noise it won't do anything but they will taste good on a skewer. HEY ANY ONE WANT SOME CROWKABOBS!
