I really think they are. I mean, come on. She wouldn't just randomly be in their concerts multiple times. And when she sang, it was only a duet with Joe, Nick didn't join in. Also, Joe was spotted at her concert a few days ago. He left a Yankee game that the JoBros all made an appearance at and flew out to Florida to see her. I mean, seriously. He FLEW to another state in his busy schedual to see her. Without his brothers. If they aren't dating, I don't know what dating is. But to be honest, who cares? Let him be happy, it's like everyone expects him to stay single.

i think they are. she sang at there concert a duet with joe. i heard on the radio that they were!!!! i hope this helps. plus he also said that he likes blondes alot and they are close to the same age. taylor is 18 and joe just turned 19 august 15.

They haven't confirmed it publicly but Taylor has been present at many of their concerts and she has also been a guest performer recently. a couple nights ago Joe was spotted alone at one of her concerts. I would say they are dating but who knows really?
