If you are going to the beaches, July and Aug is a good time to come to Malaysia as there would not be much rain during this time.

all i know is India. HORRIBLE in the summer. In the summer it's hot and humid and it's the raining season, so it's raining almost all the time. This adds to the humidity making the really hot weather seem hotter.

The winter is the best time to go to India. The weather is more mild and there is very little rain, mostly sunny days! :-)
