Is justvoip safe, how does it work?

I am going to work to States for three months, and I want to call my mum often, she doesnt have PC so I can not use Skype.I was using phone cards before but somebody reccomend me Justvoip because i can call my mum on line phone...how doest it work, how much do I have to pay first to call for free afterwards?thanks a lot!

If your computer doesn't have a microphone, you have to get one. Otherwise you have to pay per minute and only certain destinations are free.

I have never heard of Just VOIP.  VOIP which stands for (Voice Over Internet Protocal) requires the use of a high speed modem, or DSL or Dial up.  Some VOIP phones require use of computer but not all, Most VOIP companies require you to buy a phone or adapter from their company to enjoy the benefits.  

VOIP is great because there are no taxes, fees, connection fees or cancellation fees. You also save a lot on your cell phone minutes and don't have to worry about buying phone cards.

If your mom has cable tv with a modem then get for her what is a called a ATA adapter. It does not require a computer, only a high speed modem.  Then as long as you have a phone or ATA adpater from the same company, your calls back and forth and her calls back and forth are unlimited.  You only pay the monthly fee.

All of these companies are good except only one these has  plan that starts as low as $4.95 a month and offers you a business opportunity to earn some extra money.  It only makes sense to not only save on your phone bill but to make extra money doing it.
