Is karakuridoji ultimo an anime, comic, or both?!?

ok so i just got a shonen jump manga and in gave me a sneak peek of a new anime..... so i read it and really liked it..... i checked it out on the web but couldnt find..... before i did that i figured that animes in japan take longer 2 come out in the u.s. translated so they might hav it subbed...... im gettin pissed cause i really wanted it to b a watchable anime.... (darn!!!) can any1 help me?!

Karakuridoji Ultimo is a one-shot prologue manga that will launch with Jump's new Jump SQ2 magazine on April 18th.

Story

Ultimo is one of two mysterious floating figures who appear over Farmless City, stunning the citizens below. The other is the apparently evil Vice, and a battle between the two ensues, causing destruction and devastation to fall on the city. The Ultimo story tells the mystery of the two figures, their origin, and who they really are.

The Staff

The 32 page prologue chapter is a manga collaboration between Stan Lee (X-men, Spiderman) and Hiroyuki Takei (Shaman King). Stan Lee's POW! Entertainment created the property, and there is also an anime TV series in pre-production by Dream Ranch Japan.
