You will never make "lots of monnies" in that kind of place. Even the official workers getting union rates are among the lowest paid workers.

But many smaller food shops are regular employers of people for cash. They have the opportunity, because a lot of their income also comes in cash.

BUT they know you won't pay tax, so they will reduce the hourly rate accordingly. Or pay even less than the normal rate minus tax. And meybe ask you to do more hours without more money. Because what are you going to do? complain to the union or the police?

You are basically asking us to aid you in committing benefit fraud which, by the way, benefit offices are clamping down on with lie detectors. There is no simple way to make lots of money while on benefits unless it is in some way illegal. If you want suggestions, a posting on Yahoo! Answers is not the best way to go about it. Working in a kebab shop isn't going to get you a lot of money anyway, there is always the possibility the law can come and do a spot check to make sure there are no illegal immigrants working illegally or even people working while on benefits. Kebab shops are hot spots for officials to do spot checks. Get yourself a proper job or go on some form of education training which would lead you to get a decent job which pays lots of money.
