You won't know what type of quality you may get and check out their return policy, usually it is very strict and difficult, so even if you do receive them, they may not last long..

Look at their feedback rating and the length of time they have been on Ebay. High positive feedback usually, and I mean usually, indicates a good seller. Look at the feedback comments and especially the negative ones...that should tell you what you need to know. If many people are happy with their transactions...usually a  good sign, if many are unhappy...look somewhere else.
