If a married woman kisses another man can her husband get everything in a divorce. If its say a peck on the lips. Is there a lawyer out there or someone that knows how the court views it?

  1. It's considered cheating. And, that's illegal

  2. If I am not mistaken, all states are "no fault" states meaning that the reasoning behind the divorce plays no factor in how the judge will make their judgement on who gets what.  Now, for example, a husband beats on his wife, then the judge will most likely give custody of the children to the wife because of the beating. But if a wife cheats on the husband then it really doesn't matter. The wife can cheat on the husband and if the husband is the bread winner, he might actually have to pay alimony to the wife that cheated on him.

  3. well talking on plain legal grounds the criterion u cited is not enough to get a divorce

but you can always have a lawyer modify and remodify the truth to your benefit and make it suggest that the married woman committed adultery...so i would suggest a person h**l bent on getting a divorce with only this much evidence should go for a very good lawyer

but it will be good if the person goes for gathering a little ore evidence before he does anything like this.....

  4.   Sorry but your wife could f-ck another man and it still would not be grounds for you to get everything in a divorce.

  5. Nope .

  6. no legal grounds!

  7. Even if she has s*x with someone else, it won't affect the financial aspects of the divorse unless there was a prenumptual agreement addressing that. No bearing on custody either.
