Is this type of behavior now the accepted thing in society are is it a Democrat thing or a black thing or is it sexual harassment in the work place. I am questioning the actions of Obama On the night Joe Biden was Speaking. Would this type of behavior get the US in trouble. should this would be president go to other countries. How come Mr. Biden nor Obama's wife has not said anything. What kind of people are they.

I know, I saw that and felt uncomfortable for a second. I am surprised the media hasn't covered it more. I personally don't think it's acceptable, but who am I to say anything. :)

Joe Biden was standing there when it happened and they jolly good fellowed each other. There is another shot of Biden embracing Michelle but you can't tell if they were kissing lips. It appears that they have already formed a foursome.

First, It depends of your definition of passionately.  Was this a short 2 second peck? Was it a 3 second warm greeting, a short 4 second frenchy?  a 10 second french moment? Or when you say passionately are we talking one hand on the butt, one hand firmly pulling her hair and a deep throat sloppy hold your breath kind of moment? Did it sweep her off her feet?  Did she blush or glow? The second thing and most important is "It depends on what your definition of the word IS is."  lol

It looks like he misplaced the kiss and came in too hard. It is no big deal. I think he was aiming for the side of her face and ended up below her lips in the chin area. Pick, pick, pick... People are crazy for giving this any kind of attention. Get a hobby.
