  2. get a plastic disc sled and spray the bottom with pam cooking spray. Get a handle and rope, have someone pull while you practice getting from belly to knees. It works on grass only.

  3. yeah, it is hard when you start out..

it depends on how you learned to "start" to kneeboard, but i was taught pretty much to lay on the board with your hands holding the front end of the board with the rope in between your hands and the board itself.. then when you go and it gets smooth, you gotta pull your knees up and LAY BACK.. try to keep your arms like, at a 90 or 100 degree angle, not completely stretched out in front, if you get what i mean..

believe me, it took me 3 full days of boating to finally get it.. and once you DO get it, it becomes so much easier i promise.

hope i helped, and good luck!

oh, and dont overtire yourself either. if your arms feel like wet spaghetti, rest :]

  4. Try and practice your movements when you get on your knees on dry land first. Analyze and then execute.  I used to surf and bodyboard, and I didn't learn it on the first try either. Surfing took a week for me to just stand up on the board and go straight. Another couple of weeks to ride the face of the wave. Like everything else it takes practice. There is a learning curve for everything new and some people learn faster than others at certain things. If you want to become better at it, just keep practicing and eventually you'll be kneeboarding away!
