Is knowing that something bad, lets say a death, is going to happen and then it does. Is that weird? or What??

I had one time where I saw something in a dream and then years or months later it happens. But in this case years. Is that Weird or Psychic or something else?

dreams are often based on what happens in your life and what worries you. you probably subconsiously thinking about it. mabe just a considence. but yeah, that's weird...
