  1. yes.

which is why the Truth is never realized.

  2. How can you be sure you know the TRUTH?

  3. Knowing the truth , or thinking that U know the truth, should entitle U to open Ur mind to other relevant truth(s). To know that God exists entitles U to open Ur mind to the Theory of Evolution.

For the truth U have reached would supply U with all the facts that would defy such theory. If OTOH such facts R were not granted by the truth U 'v reached then Ur belief (the truth) was not based on solid grounds.

  4. I didn't understand your question. Are you implying that closing one's mind to new thought and real growth is a desirable state of existence? If so I totally disagree with your premise. I would have thought that the reverse is true. That  it is only through knowing the truth, internalising it (or sometimes discarding a 'false truth' ) that  real growth (or evolution) takes place.

  5. I think this depends on the particular circumstances of the situation.  They do say, "The truth will set you free."  I think most of us with a conscious will sleep easier knowing we have been honest with those in our lives.  But there are a lot of people in this world without a conscious.  In general, honesty and the truth is the only way, however people have learned that they should bite their tongue with the truth are words of grueling pain to another.  People decide in their own lives what works best, however, in many cases the truth always comes out in some way, and there is always someone hurt by it.
