Not now, but he is only coming into his 4th year and is rapidly getting better, kind of like M.J. did in his first years, I predict by Year 6 he will be outstanding.

No.  They are the first Kobe Bryant and LeBron James respectively.  

And even if both Bryant and James end up playing 25 excellent years in the NBA, Bryant will have the stats that are most similar to Bryant, except that Bryant is a better three point shooter than Jordan was, not to mention they both are the same position.  LeBron is a small forward/point guard who has the speed of many 2 guards in the league combined with the size of a power forward or even a center.   He may average more points and assists in his career than Bryant will when it's all said and done, but I'm not sure so much about points, if he does find a suitable sidekick or partner later on in his career.

Jordan lead six teams to championships. Kobe hasn't been the true leader yet. I think it's unfair when people say that Kobe can't win by himself, but when you want to be the best of all time, you need to be a leader.

LEBRON JAMES Is the next M.J. in my opinion. Besides, Im a big Lebron fan anyway so I gotta go with him. Kobe on the other hand is a great player but without shaq he won't win another ring. If Kobe can win a ring without shaq, definetly. Then he won't be undermined be Shaq. Lebron still needs the ring. He definetly has the skills, but he needs the ring. If both these players get a ring (probably will), then yeah.
