I'm not sure if Konami will release a MGS4 Subsistence version or not but I think that they might...however, I do know that Metal Gear Solid 5 has already been confirmed by Assistant Producer Ryan Peyton (he is no longer with Kojima Productions) and Konami will probably be starting with that pretty soon and might not even have time for a MGS4 Subsistence version.
