  1. yoga is good !!!

  2. wat is it?

  3. To the Best of my knowledge the phrase "Kriya Yoga" is not found in Classical Text Yoga Paadhanjalam.Even the Hatha Yoga which was introduced in 15 th century ,A.D. and being taught in the West as "Iyengar Yoga"-"Iyer Yoga"(kidding) and all that is B.K Iyengar's "creation".Ofcourse B.K.'s Father sri.Krishnamaacharya was a well learned "Saastriya" Yoga teacher. This Kriya yoga was coined in 1861 by one Babaji and recently by Yogaananda--he has added a prefix "Paramahamsa"-I do not know who has coferred this title on him?!! and what Authority that person has/had?("Yogyatha Siddhyartham")-(a very powerful prefix fit for only persons like sri.Sankara Acharya)--very recently every Tom,d**k and Harry wearing a Saffron Robe and smoking "Drugs" call themselves as "Paramahamsa"--Veda Mahaa Vaakyam says "Hamsa Hamsa Vidmahe Parama Hamsaaya Dheemahi-Tanno Hamsa Prachothayaath" (a mockery of the term "Parama Hamsa"-like "AVATAR"--you find a quite lot of them in R&S- proving Darwin's Theory of Evolution-or is it "devolution?!!)

"Kriya" simply means "Action" derived from the Sanskrit root(Dhatup)"Kr"= Action.Yoga(m) simply means "Union"-(Union of What?!!)--one may try and if it works well and good. There are so many "Brands of Yoga" in the market, now a days "Iyengar"-"Bikram Power"--"Kriya"--"Sahaja" -so long as there are Gullibles they are marketable!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
