    Not referenced in Administrative Code or Statutes for lane splitting, so yes it is legal.

    I closed the link but found the same at this site......

    Why would the bother with marking lanes if it were.

    While not in the drivers hand book, it is not legal. The statement concerning staying in the right hand lane, paragraphs on lane  changes and such imply a requirement to be in a lane.
